Friday Night
Meet & Greet

When you register for the Saturday DVP luncheon, you will have the option to indicate if you will be attending the informal Friday Night Meet & Greet in-person on July 11, 2025 from 5:00 - 6:00 PM EST. There is no virtual option this year.

 

You will also have the option to indicate if you will go to dinner at Los Amigos after the Meet & Greet (Attendees will order and pay your own way). Los Amigos is only about a 2 minute walk from The Kensington Hotel.

FUNDRAISERS: SILENT AUCTION, ENVELOPE PULL, & CORK PULL 

Donations of silent auction items, gift cards, and wine are requested from individuals, ABWA Leagues, Councils, and local businesses. Donations are greatly appreciated, with proceeds helping to fund the District V Vice President’s Celebration, NWLC registrations, and DVP candidates.
 

Deadline: Notification deadline of donors for the Silent Auction, Envelope Pull, or Cork Pull is June 15, 2025. Donations after that date will NOT be recognized in the program. For each donation, please provide donor name, email, phone number, item name/description, and value to a co-chair.

SILENT AUCTION TEAM CO-CHAIRS
We are requesting auction items of various themes with a value of $25 to $50. Auction items are distributed via a Silent Bid Auction.
Please advise the Auction Co-Chairs if you are donating - we will need name of contributor, theme or type of auction item, and approximate $$ value of same so we can complete the bid sheets prior to this event. See fundraising flyer for co-chair names and email addresses.


ENVELOPE PULL TEAM CO-CHAIRS
Gift cards for restaurants, gas, clothing stores, home improvement stores, sewing/craft items, on-line games, etc. are needed. Cards can be in various values - $10, $15, $20, $25, or more. Cards should include businesses who are nationally recognized and available in many states.
Cards are distributed through an Envelope Pull. Receiver pays $10 for an envelope, which is guaranteed to have a gift card with a minimum value of $10 or more. If you would like to donate directly to the committee to have them purchase cards, contact one of the co-chairs.
Please advise Envelope Co-Chairs if you are donating so they can prepare the envelopes prior to this event. See fundraising flyer for co-chair names and email addresses.


CORK PULL TEAM CO-CHAIRS 
We are requesting donations of wine (red, white, blush, etc.) with a value of at least $10. Wines are distributed through a Cork Pull. Receiver pays $10 for a cork, which is guaranteed to get you a bottle of wine with a minimum value of $10 or more If you would like to donate directly to the committee to have them purchase wines, contact one of the co-chairs. Souvenir Program Advertising

You may advertise your business, promote your event, send Renee a message, and much more. 


Attendees are from Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and other states across the country.

Sponsorship Opportunities

All sponsorship levels include an Eastern Michigan Council website listing with your logo and a link to your website, and 
recognition on our EMC social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram). 


THE SPONSORSHIP DEADLINE IS MAY 15, 2025. 

OPTION 1: Event Sponsor - $1,200 

  • VIP table at the Saturday event with six Admission Tickets and table top sign.

  • Full Page ad in Event Program.

  • Sponsor can display a 6- to 8-foot Banner or Sign at the Event.

  • Your Corporate Greeter may welcome attendees as they arrive.

  • Sponsor may provide a small promotional item for up to 100 attendees at the Saturday Registration Table.

OPTION 2: Table Sponsor - $500 

  • Reserved table at the Saturday event with four Admission Tickets and table top sign. 

  • Half-Page ad in Event Program.

  • Sponsor can display a 3- to 4-foot Banner or Sign at the Event.

  • Sponsor may provide a small promotional item for up to 100 attendees at the Saturday Registration Table.

OPTION 3: Friday Meet & Greet Sponsor - $500 

  • Four Admission Tickets to the Saturday event.

  • Half-Page ad in Event Program.

  • Sponsor can display a 3- to 4-foot Banner or Sign at the Event.  

  • Sponsor may provide a small promotional item for up to 40 attendees at the Friday welcome table.

  • Two Corporate Greeters may welcome attendees as they arrive at the Friday night Meet & Greet event.

  • Opportunity to present a 5-minute pitch on their company.

OPTION 4: Program Book Sponsor - $300 

  • Two Admission Tickets to the Saturday event.

  • Quarter-Page ad in Event Program.

  • Sponsor can display a 11” x 14” Sign at the Saturday Registration Table.

  • Sponsor may provide a small promotional item for up to 100 attendees at the Saturday Registration Table.
